We shall take all reasonable steps to maintain a clean and safe working environment, including but not limited to:

Minimising dust wherever possible.

Keeping internal doors closed where practicable.

Using dust sheets or plastic sheeting to protect surrounding areas.

Constructing temporary internal partitions or false walls where required to enhance security and maintain the liveability of the premises.

Cleaning up all dust, debris, and waste at the end of each working day.

Family & Pet Friendly: We are more than happy working alongside families with babies or small children, and we are absolutely delighted to work around your pets.

Anxiety-Free Pet Care: We know that strange faces and loud noises can frighten animals. Just let us know your pet's temperament, and we will do everything we can to keep them calm, secure, and stress-free.

Child Safety Measures: We understand that children are naturally curious. To ensure total peace of mind, we enforce strict site safety by keeping all machinery, power tools, and sharp equipment securely shut away or completely out of reach.

 The Client shall remove all personal belongings, valuables, and furniture from the area to be worked on prior to the Contractor’s arrival.

We can assist in moving heavier objects if agreed in advance.

We shall take reasonable care to protect carpets, hard floors, soft furnishings, and other surfaces.

Impact-resistant protective floor coverings shall be laid in all areas where work is being carried out.

We shall take care of all toilet facilities used during the works, keeping them clean and hygienic. Where required, external toilet facilities can be provided.

Vegetation Removal: We kindly require that all climbing plants, ivy, or heavy vegetation be cleared from external walls and elevations before our team arrives.

Shrub & Bed Protection: Our team will carefully work around any established shrubs. No plants will be trimmed, cut, or removed from your garden beds without a full prior discussion and your explicit consent.

Ground Protection: We lay down heavy-duty OSB sheeting across the work areas to safeguard the ground, protect your lawn, and ensure a thorough clean-up.

Site Handover: While we make every possible effort to clear all debris from your garden beds upon completion, please note that the surrounding soil may experience some temporary compaction from the foot traffic.

Respectful Environment: We keep site radios turned off or down to an absolute minimum at all times to maintain a peaceful environment.

Remote-Work Friendly: We understand that many clients work from home. Our team is happy to plan noisy tasks around your vital calls, virtual meetings, or daily schedules.

Minimal Disruption: We design our work flow to be as non-intrusive as possible, ensuring your daily routine carries on smoothly without interruption.

Welfare & Facilities: We take great care to respect and maintain the cleanliness of any on-site toilet facilities we use. Alternatively, we are completely self-sufficient and can provide our own external welfare facilities if preferred.
