We make every effort to keep the working area clean and minimise dust where possible. 

We keep internal doors shut where possible 

We put up dust sheets/ plastic sheeting. 

We can build internal temporary false walls, while the works are being done. This adds an extra level of security, peace of mind and still keeps your house liveable.

We clean up all dust and waste each day.

We always bag up any rubbish, this will be your responsibly to dispose of or a skip can be arranged.  

We are more than happy working around small children, babies and delighted to work around pets. 

We understand that some pets can be frightened by loud noises and some are frightened of strangers. 

We are aware that children can be curious, We keep all sharp tools and machinery out of reach where possible. 

We ask for any belongings and furniture to be moved from the area to be worked on before we arrive on site. Please remove any items that are valuable to you. 

We can assist in moving heavier objects. 

We take care in protecting carpets, hard floors and soft furnishings. 

We lay down impact resistant protective floor covering on all areas we are working. 

We require any vegetation to be removed on any external elevation prior to us starting. 

We can work around any established shrubs. 

We put down OSB sheeting to protect the ground and to aid clearing up. 

Nothing will be cut or removed from your beds without discussing fully with you first.  

We will do our upmost to remove any debris from your beds, please beware that the earth may be compacted once we have cleared site. 

We keep the radio to a minimum at all time. 

We understand that many clients work from home. We can work around any important calls or meetings

We don't intrude on your daily routine. 

We take care to look after all toilet facilities, keeping them clean when needed. We can provide external toilet facilities if required.
